Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my reports?
Use the Get Your Reporting link to submit your Dencar transaction export. The form will ask some necessary questions to ensure you get the most use out of your reports.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Export CSVs are deleted once the reports have been calculated and the resulting sheet is only shared with you. Dresnet Technology may retain access to the sheet to perform metric updates, feature improvement, and import later wash data.
Can I get reports for historical data?
Absolutely. We can process transaction exports for as long as your company has used Dencar.
How much does it cost?
The report calculations are somewhat manual. Cost is calculated based on the amount of locations and months analyzed. The initial cost is $50 per location for the first month, then $35 per month per location. You are only charged for months analyzed, this is not a subscription.
